ease of use

Mary SCP 9/12/2026

I have enjoyed my Amana range/oven. The preheat helps quicken cook time. The heating has been consistent with the range and the oven. The controls are easy to use and it is great it tells me the range is still hot! The only problem I have is the oven interior is dark. The light is great but for some reason the black interior makes it difficult to see if it is dirty. That may be good just for looks but... Over all, a great buy.

Good value, nice lookig

wizim 8/12/2026

This was the best of the lower-priced ranges for us and it has lived up to expectations in the first month. I picked this up from the store and installed myself (buy the power cord separately). It lacks an oven-clean mode and the stove-top elements have a fixed size, but that's not surprising in this price range. Happy with it overall.

I would buy again.

Old & Crabby 8/6/2026

It looks more expensive than it is.. Price was amazing. Features are great and easy to understand. But like most modern ovens, it can't keep an even heat. If I set it at 350, I want the interior to keep heating the inside to 350. Instead of turning off at 350, then turning back on after it loses 20 degrees, then flips back on. Again and again. It does keep heat better than most modern ovens though. It holds heat much better and more evenly than a fancy Samsung convection oven that I got rid of to buy this new Amana. The dual heating elements of this Amana make cooking specialty dishes easier. Overall, I would buy it again. Best oven on the current market at any price.

Buyers remorse!!!

jsb1 1/2/2026

This new stove replaced my 10 year old Amana range. I loved my old Amana and am so disappointed in the new stove. The old stove had a self-cleaning oven, the new one doesn't. The old stove had a timer so loud I could it on the 2nd floor, the new one is so quiet I can't even hear it when I am right next to it. The burners on the old stove were larger and hotter than the new one. I can't use any big pans now because of this fact. The old stove had a sturdy bottom storage drawer, this one has such a cheap, flimsy door which feels like it would break anytime it's opened. Because of this I do not store anything in it. Amana should be embarrassed to sell a stove this low quality. Plus the oven light doesn't come on when the oven door is opened, I have to manually put the light on. Although some of these things seem trivial, to a person who does a lot of cooking they are pure aggravation. I really don't think someone who cooks designed this awful stove. I wish I could get my old Amana range back and dump this one instead. Very disappointed!

Don't Purchase this Range

Worthless Range 11/10/2025

I bought this a month ago and am very disappointed. This range has small burners on the cooktop and cannot accommodate large pots and pans. I have to cook on the highest setting to get enough heat to boil a pot of water. The oven has the same problem as the one I replaced, it will not hold a constant temperature. The temperature will drop as much as 40 degrees during an hour of baking.. I would have done better to keep the range that I had.

Work just fine

Kel_atl 10/9/2025

I recently got the Amana electric range, and it works just fine for everyday cooking. The oven heats evenly and the burners respond quickly, making it reliable for meals both simple and more involved. One thing I really appreciate is the plenty of storage space it comes with, which makes it easy to keep pans and trays organized right under the oven. The hot surface indicator is also a nice safety feature, giving peace of mind that you won™€™t accidentally touch a burner that™€™s still warm. Overall, it™€™s a solid and practical range for the price.

Excellent Range with Beautiful Features!

ourcottageonthelakes 8/19/2025

I recently purchased the 30-inch Amana® Electric Range with Extra-Large Oven Window, and I™€™ve been very pleased with its performance and design. The glass cooktop is sleek and easy to clean, adding a modern touch to my kitchen. I especially love the extra-large oven window™€"it makes checking on my food a breeze without opening the door and losing heat. The digital control panel is another great feature. It™€™s easy to use, responsive, and even has a subtle sound when adjusting settings, which is a nice touch! It adds convenience and clarity when using different functions. That said, I do wish the digital panel was made of metal instead of plastic, just for added durability. Also, the burner (eye) sizes are on the smaller side. I™€™d love to see at least one 12-inch burner for larger pots and pans. A self-cleaning oven option would™€™ve made this range absolutely perfect. Overall, this is a great electric range with useful features, stylish design, and solid performance. With a few minor upgrades, it would easily be a 5-star product! Pros: ™œ"️ Beautiful glass cooktop ™œ"️ Extra-large oven window ™œ"️ Easy-to-use digital panel with sound ™œ"️ Sleek, modern appearance Cons: ™ž Digital panel is plastic ™ž Burners could be larger ™ž No self-cleaning feature

Chuck Wagon 6/27/2025

This range is almost exactly like the Kenmore range we used for over 20 years. The only differences are the shape of the knob panel and the method of setting the timer. The Amana timer is not as easy to use; like all 'improved' models it's more complicated. Other than that, it's a swell device. Let's see if it lasts as long as the Kenmore.
