BUZZER HAS NEVER WORKED AFTER 2 SERVICE CALLS !!!

I have had this dryer for a couple of months now and over all am satisfied with everything except for the end of cycle buzzer which is basically non-existent!!!! You literally have to have your head right next to the control panel to hear a very faint buzz! I have had two different technicians one form my appliance dealer and another directly from MAYTAG service and both replaced the entire control panel to have the exact same thing- a very faint buzz no matter which sound setting you choose! They both agreed that you couldn't really hear it as it was meant to be a feature of the dryer. The Maytag factory service man told me there was nothing he could do but would make a report to the factory and I should hear back from them. It's been over 3 months and I've never heard back from anyone. The servicemen both contend that the buzzer that is built into the panels are crap from China and no one from the company really cares that they don't work. They said people were complaining that they were too loud and that's why they were changed out for cheap components. As a result, I always have to turn on the cycle again to steam out the wrinkles! Needless to say, I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of addressing the issue from the company. The dealer tried to correct the issue immediately, but he is limited by the defective parts you're sending out and doesn't know that it's the same CRAPPY part until its installed and doesn't make a sound AGAIN! and has to reorder and weeks go by until you can get another service appointment! You make it next to impossible to actually talk to a customer service person at the company. I would really appreciate a response from a customer service person to get this corrected. I'm an interior designer who specifies a lot of appliances for my clients and unless you do something to correct the issue, I certainly won't recommend ANY of your ENTIRE FAMILY of appliance brands to them in the future! PLEASE CONTACT ME TO CORRECT THE ISSUE!!!

I'm giving it 5 stars because of the service the factory gave us. We are on our second dryer because our first one quit working. Our dryers warranty had recently expired when I had to contact Maytag about the problem we were having. After a few questions from Maytag they decided to replace the existing dryer with a new one at no charge.
The dyer itself is nice and does a good job.

We went stackables to have our laundry units all on the main level of our home. The dryer runs very quiet and the large drum can actually hold two loads from the washer.

I bought this a month ago and it doesn't seem to have the drying power of the Whirlpool I had to replace. Regardless of the setting I use or the extra time feature, everything is still damp. I have to run things extra time or just on the time drying cycle after a full cycle just to get things close to dry. Makes me worry about my clothes getting mold and creating allergy issues.

Dryer does not dry cloths all the way. After each cycle they are damp. Tried to contact someone in customer service, can not find a phone number. Only able to find an on-line contact and they want a credit card for a service call.

We had to replace both our laundry appliances. Thought the new appliances would be more efficient. Didn't realize it takes this dryer longer than our old one, and the sensor stops the cycle before the items are dry. Saw an email about turning off economy mode. But there is no button that says economy mode and the instructions do not refer to economy mode at all.

Amazing, Great price, they are easy to operate, quiet performance, and the only t thing that did not came with was the Y split for the stream feature, but other than that the set was ready to operate, as long as the installer removes the locking bolts that are used during the shipment; it is stated on the installation instructions. Note: If the bolts are not removed the washer will bounce everywhere until someone removes the bolts.

I bought this in end of July & it sat in the garage until the house was done. I lost some space so I ended up stacking the appliances. Look great . We have maytag in another house now for 14 years, that's why I chose this set. I love it.

clicks when dryer is operating. I emailed customer service and they sent me to a FAQ page. No human interaction to address the issue. The clicking is very loud and sounds like a defective dryer. The installers did not have the needed electrical connection so they left it sit in the middle of my laundry room and left. Overall it has been a poor experience. This is the second time I have gotten washers and dryers from Whirlpool Inside Pass and the second time I am dissapointed with the installation.

I can wash small or large loads and not waste water or power! In short I'm too happy! Who ever designed these units, had families in mind!

I bought front loaders to stack for my WD connections are in a half bath. the extra space creates storage for cleaning stuff: vacuums, mop, bucket and I have shelves for detergent, softener, stain remover, cleaning towels, hand towels and sheets.

Great dryer and pleased with the drying of clothes. The only thing is that there needs to be more information on how to use the various cycles of drying clothes. We searched the internet/YouTube but could not find tutorials to assist with the various cycles of drying™¦.a little frustrating as sometimes the dryer just times out and we like to be able to use each setting without having to reset dryer to normal.

It takes a while to learn how to best set the settings for the desired level of drying. But once you do the dryer does an excellent job. For most fabrics I use the ™More Power™ setting. The end cycle alert is pretty much useless. I barely hear it even if I am standing 5 feet away.
