Would Not Recommend to Others

Michael & Natalie 2026 7/23/2026

It is the loudest refrigerator I have ever heard. Constantly making noises. The door handles immediately began seperating. The door could really use an additional shelf.

Food section running border line to warm.

Vonbaron 7/23/2026

My only concern is the lower frig temps. The upper freezer part is fine but the lower is running border line to warm. It show around 42 degrees and seen it at 45 one day and thought the frig had died as it was not even running, but did startup later to cool itself down.

Inconsistent temperature

Wch1 7/23/2026

Decent refrigerator but air circulation not as advertised. Temperature varies from 31 to 43 averaging 38.4. The circulating feature was a selling point as we store medications and want them at the correct temperature.

Completely happy with this one.

I love the crisper drawer. It actually can hold a full stalk of celery. The wide top freezer has a light inside it makes it so easy to locate items.

Replacement Refridgerator

Rydia 7/12/2026

My refrigerator quit working on a Sunday so buying a replacement was needed. This was the one that was available which was a floor model. This would be a great second fridge which i believe is what it is designed for. For an everyday use is a little tough.

Decent fridge; appears durable with adequate space

KACC 5/19/2026

We received the fridge today. It is a shorter fridge with overall less storage space than we are accustomed to, but the shelves, doors, and fridge overall look and feel more durable than many other fridges we have owned and especially others that are on the market today. The top-freezer design allows for more fridge than freezer space, which is what we wanted, and the door shelves are deep enough to hold larger items, not just narrow bottles or cans like some other fridge doors. We look forward to using this fridge over the years. It did take time to be delivered, but that may be due to the schedule of the delivery company; we are glad Maytag/Whirlpool still offers delivery services, even if there is less human contact in this aspect than we enjoyed previously. Unfortunately, Maytag does not post a picture of the open fridge on the main product page. But if you navigate down to "Features," you will find one there. This review was NOT incentivized. Originally I had posted a negative review when our order hadn't arrived and appeared to have been cancelled, so I myself indicated that the review was not helpful and clicked on "Reported," so I would not mislead anyone. I am revising that review now. Truly, we did have a hard time with the fridge delivery and the communication was off, but we are happy with the fridge now.

wouldn't suggest, huge disappoint!

Never Again.... 3/21/2026

I HATE IT! AT 6' FT TALL, THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS UNIT! I shouldn't need to bend over to look inside, the shelves are small and it makes weird noises. Do not buy sight unseen, reviews are deceiving! Unless you stand less that 5'6" you will not be happy. Wish i could send it back!

Beautiful fridge with minor cosmetic challenges

Mystery liz 3/17/2026

I really love the aesthetic of this fridge. And the size was perfect for what I needed. Only downside was when they switched the door handles and hinges to the other side. It left some marks.
