Expensive. Max charge is $2 and it will take years to recover the cost. Bought 3 and within months all 3 had failed computer boards. My extended warranty was cancelled and I had to find my own repair service at almost $400 for each machine!

Overall very happy with this purchase. The only downside is that I was limited on the amount I could charge due to the coin slots. Otherwise tenants say they are easy to use and work great!

Beautiful Dryer. Efficient drying.

Denise 7/23/2025

This dryer works better than my last one.....dries much better, looks beautiful, seems built well. I would have preferred to have the filter on the top like my last one rather than by the door but everything seems to be working well...has a good feel, like a machine well built. The only thing that hasn't been evaluated is the test of time. Hopefully Whirlpool has taken this into consideration as well.

Better lint trap

OFG7 4/10/2025

Dryer has been installed for one week. No complaints so far. I like the lint trap much better. Seems well made. Installed cleanly. My last dryer lasted 39 years. Let's see how long this one goes. I very much doubt I'll last another 30 years. I just hope this one out lasts me.

I have only had this dryer for a week, but so far so good. Only thing I wish it would have supplied would be DIRECTIONS on how to change how long the dry time could be. I like my senior residents to have a little more dry time for their buck.

Dryer itself is fantastic.

Landlord Bobert 11/22/2024

The dryer itself has been great. It's been put through the ringer with multiple tenants and is still functioning beautifully. The coin slot however is near impossible to change the price. In fact, three of us have yet to figure it out. And for the love of all that is holy, DONT LOSE YOUR KEY!!! You cant just get another, and the cost to drill it out and replace the entire box (over $80 just for the part) is astronomical. In addition, you can't get a hold of the company that makes the coinbox.

Seems like a good machine so far. The techs could have done a better job of installation though. They forgot to install the 4legs. After 2 hours of phone calls I had a replacement dryer on the way. They opened the new box, took the feet out and put them in my dryer. They said this happens all the time™€¦ what a waste.
